We are Brody and Phil, childhood friends since school and after almost two decades of working our way up the ladder in bigger companies in the construction industry, we have decided to start our own business together - the Roof Revival Company. Kiwi owned, West Auckland based and family run - dedicated to providing the service your home deserves.
You’ll deal with one of us from your first call to the finished job. Every home we work on gets the same standards as our commercial projects. No handing off to subcontractors, no coroporate structure and no dealing with middle managers - just two lads who love their craft and a very structured admin girl.
Phil Hodai
DIRECTOR, PROJECT MANAGER & ROOFER
Phil came up through the tools as a builder and interiors specialist while completing his studies in Construction Management. He worked his way up to Senior Project Manager of a large company specialising in Reclads and Roofing before deciding he had enough of the coorprate life. He was ready to go and start his own company. He leads the work on site and makes sure every roof is done properly, first time. Phil is also the director of Commercial Construction Management Ltd (CCM).

Brody Davis
DIRECTOR, QUANTITY SURVEYOR & ROOFER
Brody is a senior quantity surveyor, so pricing is his speciality. He started working as a builder for his Dad at just 16 years old and worked on the tools until he obtained his Bachelor of Construction in 2015. He then worked his way up to the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the same large company as Phil - specialising in Reclads and Reroofs. He checks every quote line by line to ensure you get the fairest price and there are no hidden variations or extra costs that hit you at the end of the project.
