Commercial Construction Management Ltd was founded in 2023 by Phil Hodai, an Auckland commercial builder who came up through the tools and progressed into project management before starting his own company. After years working within the construction industry, Phil established CCM to offer something different: a more agile, client-focused alternative where the person running your project is the person you talk to.
With formal qualifications in Construction Management and Project Management, combined with real on-site experience, Phil leads each project with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and reliable delivery.
Since founding CCM, we've grown through long-term client relationships and a reputation for getting the job done properly - no handoffs, no surprises.
Based in West Auckland, CCM is a commercial builder serving businesses across the wider Auckland region. As a family-driven business, we offer a more direct and responsive service than larger firms. We specialise in small to medium-sized projects, where flexibility, clear communication, and consistent execution make the difference.
We combine practical experience with a straightforward approach - delivering every project with the same level of care, no matter the size.
