CCM Ltd was founded in 2023 by Phil Hodai, built on a hands-on background in construction and a clear move away from the corporate model. After years working in the industry - starting straight out of high school and progressing into project management within a large construction company - Phil established CCM to deliver a more agile, client-focused approach.

With formal studies in Construction Management and Project Management, combined with real on-site experience, Phil leads each project with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and reliable delivery.

In the past years, we have grown our business through established client relationships and a reputation for getting the job done properly.

Based in West Auckland, CCM operates as a family-driven business, offering a more direct and responsive service than larger firms. We specialise in small to medium-sized projects, where flexibility, clear communication, and consistent execution make the difference.
